The first grade is having a drive in movie today. Complete with a snack bar where food can be purchased with money earned for good behavior over the last month or so. Each kid made their own car and brought it to school today to watch a movie in.
Well if you know Kyla, you know that Kyla and movies do not really mix. Unless of course it is any part of the High School Musical Trilogy. The movie today…Finding Nemo. A very scary and stressful movie-if you ask Kyla. We practiced at home first. We watched all the bonus features on the DVD. We were as prepared as we could be. Hopefully she made it through without screaming and running out of the room. We’ll see today after school.
Kyla was very excited about this project and knew exactly the car she had to have.
It was modeled after this- Sharpe Evans’ car from what else… High School Musical- well technically its from Sharpe’s Fabulous Adventures.
She asked me to take this picture that she set up.

I love this post. I love the car, I love Sharpay. Today on our drive to the grocery store, Whitney yelled from the back seat, "Turn on High School Musical!" (We don't have a DVD player... she just loves the music.) Bubba loves it too. His favorite is Troy singing on the golf course in #2. And yes, we love Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure in NYC. Cute cute!
