just me & mcgee

It's been me and Mcgee the last couple of days. The big girls are on vacation with the grandmas and one papa. They've only been gone two days but it feels like a really long time. We miss them. Molly has been enjoying her only child time though. She's gone on several walks, gotten to enjoy her full naps (as we don't have to be running back and forth to school), gotten to swing at the park, gone to the mall and Target. She's playing quietly now which is a welcome change from her three weeks of cranky crying from her teething problems. She gets super excited when the Adele album comes on. She shrieks in excitement and starts dancing and staring at the TV. The one lone Selena Gomez song that was burned onto the end is an additional treat and she goes crazy when that one come on. She also had a scary fall, a bloody nose, and trip to the Urgent Care that lasted two hours on Wednesday night. She is fine. I was traumatized. She also got to accompany us on a mini-date night. Our new motto is one is like having none. She ate bread like a good little baby while we talked and had a glass of wine. Her hair was very calm for a few days and people were even commenting on the tameness of it. I don't know why it was like that...the normal Molly hair is back. We can't wait to see the big sisters tomorrow night. They make it loud and entertaining around here. It's a little too quiet right now.
